Hello it’s me Eddie again! Today I’m going to write a blog post but it’s only going to be one paragraph. This blog post is from the Edublog Challenge # 6. It’s going to be about volunteering. I would want to volunteer in the Monterey County PAL. That is the the Monterey County Police Activities League. The kids need the police to teach them to be good and not bad like the delinquents. It is important to me because small kids shouldn’t be robbers or anything like that when they’re big. That is also important to the police because they don’t want the kids to become bad like other people that already are and can’t let go. I would be proud of myself if I volunteered in this program because being a thief isn’t a good thing. If you want to volunteer look on the internet. It’s me Eddie again! This time I’m going to write a blog post about how it would be like to be a Persian Soldier. So I’m going to explain who I am. I’m also going to explain how I became to in one of the great battles in human history. Well I’m a Persian Soldier as I said before. I’m a brave soldier and I’m good at fighting back. That’s how I made it into one of the world’s greatest battles in human history. I fight for my life and for my people because that’s what I’m in war for.

I could see lots of sweat because everyone gets tired of just being in war. I also see lots of bodies on the ground and people getting killed. I hear screaming and people being tortured if they got captured but most of time time they just got killed. Everything I heard warned me because if I got caught, I would be tortured until death. You wouldn’t want to be there because of how it smelled. I knew that my weapon was very sharp. It was a fight for my life, my friends, family and others. The Commander was impatient and sent us to war. Since the Greeks didn’t attack until we did, we were easily defeated because we weren’t much prepared for starting the war.

Hello, Once again it’s me, Eddie. One assignment I had this week was to create  a fake Facebook page about myself, 10 years from now. So on this post I’m going to write about me 10 years from now having a Facebook. I have to tell how old I would be. I also have to talk about my friends. I’m going to talk about my main friends. Also where I work and my relationship status. Even where I live, what my hobbies are, and what I’m interested in when I’m 10 years older and on Facebook!

I’m 22 on my facebook. I have lots of friends but I’m only going to mention my main friends. My three main friends from Facebook are Daniel, Alejandro, and Lalo which his name is Eduardo.  I work at Best Buy. My relationship status is “in a relationship”. I also live in California. My hobbies are soccer and  running. I’m interested in peace. Well that’s my Facebook 10 years from now. Being 22 would be fun! I would go to work and then get back and play soccer. Hello, It’s me Eddie again. Today I’m going to write a blog post about comments I made on five blogs that entered the Edublog Challenge. The first blog I visited was Ethan’s Blog. We had some things in common because he likes to play soccer and video games. I also like to do that. I also visited Anthony’s Blog. He also liked to play soccer and tennis. So do I. Another blog that I visited was Jimmy’s Blog. His name is James but they call him Jimmy. He also likes to play soccer like Ethan, Anthony, and I. The fourth blog that I visited was Oscar’s Blog. His names is the same as my little brother’s name. The fifth and last blog I commented on was Isaac’s Blog. The only thing I liked about his blog was the background. He’s new to blogging so I want him to feel happy about this.

The first four blogs I visited liked soccer also like me. It was pretty fun visiting blogs and I had a great time discovering stuff from other people around the world. Those were the five blogs I visited so I hope you had a great time reading my blog!

In this post, I’m pretending that I am 65 years old and giving advice to my middle school self. 65 years of life has had lots of changes. Everything is different, the whole world changed a lot  since I was younger. No video games or running around. Just working and sitting down watching TV. Didn’t have much energy to run just to work carrying stuff around and fixing the house. Sometimes just sitting on a chair watching TV, but not like when I was younger, always having fun jumping around and doing all that but not anymore. Now I watch TV being bored and having nothing to do.

I accomplished all my goals since I was young till today, the year I’m 65. Lots of stuff got in my way. Those things that got in my way didn’t want me to accomplish my goals. That’s when I realized that I was going to have to do lots of stuff to accomplish my goals, so I did as much work as I had to. I had to do lots of hard things to make it. After a long time I realized that I had made it, I accomplished all the goals I had. I was smart by taking the good and correct paths. I had to be brave to make it. That’s what I had to do, and also what I did to make it.

I learned how to find the percent of any number like money. At first I didn’t get what to do but after all I learned. It didn’t take long to learn it and now I find it easy. I’m going to tell you the steps. First you should write down the important information because that is very helpful. Then you have to write the sentence, What is __% of __” is the correct way to write the sentence frame. You have to put a box around, “what, is, & the percent,” then you circle, of & the number you have to find the percent of. After that you set the problem as a fraction and multiply using a strategy called the butterfly method. Finally  you subtract and get your answer. After the work I did for finding percents I learned a lot of stuff. So that’s all I learned by this activity.

Today I’m doing a post about an investment idea. My idea is,”Medical doctor or a Lawyer.” The idea I chose will work by me getting a return on the investment I did. The person I chose was Jack because I know he will do the work and I trust him. That’s the reason why I chose Jack. I know that he is able to pass the grades of Medical doctor or a lawyer There are ten years of college to pass those grades though. The reason I know why he will pass that is because he always does his work because he is a hard worker.

I think  that Jack is a worthy investment because he is always concentrated on work and on nothing else. The three reasons why I chose that are coming up. The first reason is that I think he always concentrates very well on only one thing. The next reason is that he likes working a lot on any work you give him because he isn’t lazy. Everyone knows that he isn’t lazy for anything. My last reason is that he never gives up, happens what happens. Those are the three reasons why I think he is a worthy investment.
